Tuesday, February 25 - approx 8:30 AM

First of all THANK YOU SO MUCH to all of you that have sent cards, gifts, email wishes, etc for my birthday!! Today will be a memorable birthday and your wishes help to make it a joyful, special one!

Our meeting is at 1 p.m. MST [2pm Central, 3pm Eastern] .... please pray that it will go smoothly.

We are praying that Craig Hospital (THE rehab in the nation) here in Denver will accept Dwight NOW! Please pray accordingly for God's will and for WISDOM and DISCERNMENT for Joe and I ....

Dwight is SOOOO alert! More movement on the right side is encouraging. His right eye however .... we don't know what is going on with it. Please pray .... He will begin stomach feeding today (has been bypassed the last few days into the intestine) and he is loosing the neck IV and it will be in the arm/hand .... his temp is staying low grade (normal is desired).... It seems we could snap our fingers and he would be with us .... PLEASE ..... Joe and I are almost begging God to let Dwight turn this corner and come out of it as then the Trech and the feeding tube could soon be removed and our rehab concerns would be less medically speaking and it would greatly broaden our options.

Pray as Jessica flies home and travels the hour by ground alone late tonite. (she is a college friend that has spent the last 4 days with us ... what a Godsend!! and encouragement she is!!!!)
