Tuesday, March 11 - approx 11:30pm

The first day at Craig was exhausting for Dwight. Had a battery of tests : routine to new patients -- Cat scan, xrays, blood work and the like. Had speech and physical therapy .... no prognosis is possible as it varies with each patient yet the Dr sees no reason to think Dwight should do well .... only time will tell ... I reminded him he was not God that GOD IS GOD .... and we are trusting HIM for a miracle of a complete healing and the doc went on to say in 20+ yrs he's only seen one miracle and the rest was explained neurologically ... i 'wanted' to tell him that it is GOD who created these neorological patterns, etc BUT it just was NOT the right time and I said nothing (which is VERY difficult for me ) Pray I will get to witness to this Doc W ??????? (forgot name) and that God will show Himself strong to prove HIMSELF to this knowledgable doc .... Dwight only slept 4 hrs last nite yet the doc will being tonite to regulate his sleep patterns with meds. He requested permission (and i granted it with the contingency that i get a copy... ) to video Dwight for teaching purposes and for a conference he will be attending in mid April ... he will film him today and tomorrow , in 2 wks and then 2 wks more to show the improvement ..... The BA said last nite that Dwight moved his RIGHT arm slightly!!!!!!!!!!!! We'll take that!!! FIRST move of that arm since the accident!!!! He had control of his own head while being transported from bed to wheelchair etc. AWESOME to see .... he also balanced himself with his left hand/arm while they set him up ..... i look for MAJOR improvements YET we MUST give our expectations to God and we know it will be a VERY SLOW process ....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They upped his tube feeds from 60 ML to 90 ML per hour and PRAISE GOD there are NO residuals which means he is tolerating this JUST FINE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Vitals are stable as well as temperature .... guess that is all for today .. please pray that I will start sleeping .... i haven't been sleeping well the last four nites ... THANX!
