Hello! Today was a relatively
good day for Dwight. He is initiating use of the right hand/arm
when eating, etc. which is AWESOME!! He is gaining strength
daily. PTL!! In our prayer-time together today he asked God
to give him the strength he needs to do what has to be done!
He was examining his feeding tube and he goes, "It's time
for this to come out" .
...
YIKES!!! I told him NO that it was up to the doctor to remove
it and that as soon as he drinks adequate fluid orally then there
would be no need for the tube and the DOCTOR would remove it!!!
I pray Dr. Dwight does not strike again! 
He did concentrate on drinking more after our discussion.
It is SO wonderful to be just a five minute walk from his room!
The accomodations are very comfortable and I am enjoying TO
THE FULLEST being alone right now ... this is the first chance
I have had to just 'think' by myself and "truely"
meditate on what has happened and how WONDERFUL God is!!!!!
Dwight was deep in thought and I asked him what he was thinking
and he goes, "About the awesome Grace of God"!! 
Oh ... upon my arrival yesterday morning,
I found a 'thank you note' from Dwight that he initiated the
night before with Laura, his evening BA . She said they were
walking outside and she told him how I had moved closer to him
to care for him and he goes, "I should thank her for that"
.... it certainly BLESSED my heart ... to tears!!! 
May God find us faithful! joan for us 4 1 Cor 2:5 "so
that 'our' faith would not rest on the wisdom of men BUT on the
POWER OF GOD"!!!!
p.s. Joe did not travel out this
weekend ... things were past being done at the house......
