Sunday evening, April 27 - approx 8:00 PM

Hello! Today was an okay day ... when they removed the feeding tube yesterday, a sharp pain began in his right side. It is still there and does not seem to be letting up. (he had his appendix out his SR year in school too....) Today he was deep in thought and when I asked what he was thinking about he said about getting a new side. He does not complain and we have to ask if it still hurts .... other than that, his appetite is good. This morning, however, when I arrived he seemed mad and I asked if he was mad at me he said yes. And I asked why and he said he did not want me there. So I told him to let Brunno (the BA) know when he was ready for company and I'd be in the activity room. I joined him at lunch time and then went to lunch with a friend and upon return he was ready for company. May God find us faithful .... joan for us 4 1 Cor 2:5 "so that 'our' faith would not rest on the wisdom of men BUT on the POWER OF GOD" .....
