Sunday evening, May 18 - approx 8:00 PM

Hello! Just a quick note to let you know that we will head East for KS two weeks from today .... 1 June 2003. (Lord Willing) It may take two days, it depends on how well Dwight travels. (Please pray we can get his car fixed between now and then ... we just learned of a possible mechanic (honest, affordable and one someone knows and uses) .... that way we can drive it home) Anyway, beginning 28 May 2003 any and all 'snail mail' needs to be directed to our home address [ request address ] Dwight has a LONG haul with therapy. Probably 9 - 12 months. So please continue to encourage him with cards and letters. He enjoys getting them and he reads them himself. We do not have a home computer but I will get him to the library at least once a week to check emails. He has not yet had the 'desire' to type responses (I believe limited use of the right hand discourages him) but I am certain the day will come that you whom have written an email encouragement will hear back from him! Please continue to pray for us as there are MANY adjustments etc that we will be faced with. BUT .... God IS God and will see us through EACH step .... moment by moment! Just as HE has so far. THANX so much! MUCH LOVE and GRATITUDE!!! joan

p.s. PLEASE Kansas friends and family ... WAIT on the 'okay' for visits. Dr. Berry stressed that these be controlled, scheduled and limited in length. We SO appreciate your understanding in this matter!! Dwight's best is first and foremost in our efforts. Bless you!!!
